#DreamTeam Linky – Week 51

Hello!  Welcome to the #DreamTeam linky party, hosted by the lovely Annette & Bridget, and myself.

So how was Easter?  (Or the great eating of the chocolate as it shall now be known in our house.)  Was The Bunny kind? I think she was a bit too generous in our house this year, which has done my mission to shed a few pounds no good whatsoever! I have managed to get myself out running though and I’m now galloping into week 3 of Couch to 5K (fuelled entirely on mini-eggs)!  I’ll share a post about it next week if any of you maybe fancy giving it a go?  For those of you with little ones off school this week still I hope that you have a fab time!

In the meantime, how about a bit of this…

#DreamTeam will go live every Tuesday morning from 6am and will close Thursday evening at 9pm.

You can link up to 2 posts, old or new.

By linking up, you are giving us permission to send you an email and/or tweet reminder for the #DreamTeam each week.

Each of us will choose 2 posts to feature every week, and our featured bloggers will get their very own prestigious #DreamTeam featured badge.

Rainbows Are Too Beautiful – When Your Three Year Old Daughter Plays The Mother

I was so moved by this post.  It was so honest and genuine, and I could feel the mixture of sadness and pride that had been poured into it as it was so beautifully written.  It’s one of those posts that has stayed with me and has kept me thinking in the days since I read it.  Thank you for sharing it with us Ann.

Another post that gripped me by the heart this week, and my other featured post was:

Mind The Mummy – Growing Pains

All of the love for this brilliantly written piece about one of the greatest challenges of being a parent:  The responsibility that we have to cast aside our own anxieties and weaknesses in order to help our little ones be the strongest that they can be.  Parts of this post literally made me ache to read.  Definitely worth a look if you missed it.

Don’t forget to pop by and check out the featured posts from our lovely guest co-host Nicola (who has shared her faves over on  Annette‘s post this week) and Bridget‘s of course too.
