#DreamTeam Linky – Week 59

Hello!  Welcome to the #DreamTeam linky party, usually hosted by the lovely Annette & Bridget, and myself.

This week sees a sparkling #DreamTeam host line up for you as Annette and I are away adventuring.  Our lovely Bridget will be steering the #DreamTeam ship, accompanied by our regular guest star co-host Nicola of All Things Spliced.  We’re also joined by two brilliant guest co-hosts: Peachy’s Mummy of Diary of a Little Peach and Helen at Talking Mums.  We’re very excited to welcome these lovely #DreamTeam regulars into the driving seat.  Please pop by their sites and check them out through their social media channels too.

I hope that you all have a great week, and Annette, Bridget and I will be back as usual next Tuesday!

#DreamTeam will go live every Tuesday morning from 6am and will close Thursday evening at 9pm.

Please link ONE POST only, old or new.

By linking up, you are giving us permission to send you an email and/or tweet reminder for the #DreamTeam each week.

Each of us will choose 2 posts to feature every week, and our featured bloggers will get their very own prestigious #DreamTeam featured badge.

Real Mom Recs – 7 Truths I Wish I Knew Before Having Kids:

This post pulls no punches and hits hard with the brutal but beautiful truth about parenthood.  I think just about all of us have sat at some point and thought “Well I didn’t read about that in the baby books!?”  The facts are here in 7 relatively easy to swallow bites and I could relate to every single morsel.  This post should be handed out at the midwife booking-in appointments in my opinion.  Forewarned is forearmed and all that!

Kid Versus Copy – I’m a Mum.  I Don’t Have Time For Cancer:

I held my breath as I read this post.  Words cannot describe how much respect I have for Catherine in sharing her story, and more importantly for her inspirational way of taking on the cards that she has been dealt.  Her two little ones have one amazing mumma, and I for one will be following her story with all of my heart and whatever support I can offer.  Starting right here as I share the words that she has so bravely shared.  She would say that she is not brave, but “just being a mum”.  I disagree.  I think that she is both incredibly brave and an incredible mum.  Good luck Catherine.  We’re all here rooting for you.

Please do check out the featured posts from Annette and Bridget as always too.

Featured bloggers – Please help yourselves to the featured badge:

Please also comment on the post directly before yours.  Please do make sure that you pop by and comment on at least the post before yours and more if you can.  We all understand how busy life is and none of us want to pester anyone, but linkies only work if everyone does their bit.  Thanks to all of you that go out of your way to comment and share the #bloglove.
