This week we have news. Sparkly news of the very exciting kind! Those of you that link up regularly will know that we are often joined by the lovely Nicola of All Things Spliced as our regular guest host. We are now thrilled to welcome another regular guest host to our team. One of our long standing linkers, whom I know that you will already know and love: The brilliant Heather of Shank You Very Much!
Heather and Nic will be stepping in every now and again to support your three regular hosts, so that there will always be a team of three of us on hand to share your posts and spread the #DreamTeam #Bloglove. We can’t wait to welcome Heather into the #DreamTeam when she co-hosts for the first time in a couple of weeks!
Back to this week – Here’s how it works:
#DREAMTEAM LINKY RULES
1. Add one post to the #DreamTeam linky, which goes live every Tuesday morning at 6am and will close on Thursday at 9pm.
2. Add the #DreamTeam linky badge or a text link to the bottom of your linked up post. If you are adding this to a side/bottom bar or linky page, please do ensure this is clear to avoid being missed out of commenting.
4. Please comment on each of the hosts linked posts PLUS the post directly before your own (a total of 4 posts as a minimum). If the post before your own does not carry the #DreamTeam badge or text link, you are not required to leave a comment.
5. Optional. Get into the party spirit and tweet/add comments to any additional posts you have really enjoyed. Other bloggers are more likely to return the favour if you do! It’s a #winwin all round. As hosts, we will aim to retweet your posts again as we read them, as long as you have included your twitter handle in your sharing buttons.
*By linking up, you are giving us permission to send you an email and/or tweet reminder for the #DreamTeam each week.
If you are new to linkies I have written a separate post with all of the how-to stuff here which might be handy.
MY FAVOURITE POSTS FROM LAST WEEK:
I loved this post and found that I could completely relate to it as I too blog as a hobby. Don’t get me wrong, as far as hobbies go it is a huge commitment and has more or less taken over my life this last two years, but it’s still a hobby and a passion for me. Charlie talks about her view of blogging as a hobby blogger and I not only salute her for it, but I’m right there with her. She captures it all so perfectly that I just want to raise my coffee mug to her. Cheers!
I’ve always been a big believer in filling little minds with memories rather than toy boxes with toys. Tim shares his recent experience of this with his son and I loved that even reading this post, I could feel the electricity in the air and the excitement of the day for them both. A great read and a post that makes you stop for a second and reflect. Definitely worth a visit if you missed it.
