A big festive hello from us all at #DreamTeam as we welcome you to our last linky of the year! #DreamTeam is regularly hosted by Annette of 3 Little Buttons, Bridget of Bridie By The Sea and myself, along with our brilliant guest co-hosts Nicola of All Things Spliced and Heather of Shank You Very Much. Bridget will be joined by Heather and Nic as your hosts this week whilst Annette and I take a little pre-christmas break.
All that’s left for me to say is a massive thank you to everyone that has linked with us this year. I absolutely love reading and sharing your posts as part of such a friendly linky community. I hope that you all have a truly magical Christmastime and I’ll look forward to reading all about it when we’re back in the new year!
Here’s the link up and how it works:
#DREAMTEAM LINKY RULES
1. Add one post to the #DreamTeam linky, which goes live every Tuesday morning at 6am and will close on Thursday at 9pm.
2. Add the #DreamTeam linky badge or a text link to the bottom of your linked up post. If you are adding this to a side/bottom bar or linky page, please do ensure this is clear to avoid being missed out of commenting.
4. Please comment on each of the hosts linked posts PLUS the post directly before your own (a total of 4 posts as a minimum). If the post before your own does not carry the #DreamTeam badge or text link, you are not required to leave a comment.
5. Optional. Get into the party spirit and tweet/add comments to any additional posts you have really enjoyed. Other bloggers are more likely to return the favour if you do! It’s a #winwin all round. As hosts, we will aim to retweet your posts again as we read them, as long as you have included your twitter handle in your sharing buttons.
*By linking up, you are giving us permission to send you an email and/or tweet reminder for the #DreamTeam each week.
If you are new to linkies I have written a separate post with all of the how-to stuff here which might be handy.
MY FAVOURITE POSTS FROM LAST WEEK:
Sophie offers some brilliant, practical advice for dealing with the dreaded childhood tantrums that I think all of us parents find ourselves squaring up to at some point. Speaking from her own parental experience and the knowledge she has gained as an educator, her post is full of friendly and helpful suggestions, which I know that I for one will be keeping in mind for the next meltdown.
Let’s face it, we’ve all held our breath and closed one eye whilst listening to our littles reel off their lists to the big man. Up until now I think we’ve got off quite lightly but this year the list between my two includes a guitar, a microphone and a drum kit! (Ouch!) Reading Daddy Poppins’ compilation of odd and hilarious requests really made me giggle and the memes throughout are fantastic!
